Today is #UNDay, and I would like to congratulate the United Nations for turning 72, and for all of its achievements throughout its history. I would like to pay special tribute to all of those who have dedicated their lives to its mission, and who have worked so hard to make it what it is today.
On this commemorative occasion, I would like to appeal for:
1)Consideration to open up membership of Africa to the UN Security Council
2)The speedy and timely reponse to calls for intervention in conflict areas to alleviate human suffering.
3)Continued investment in girls to access education and develop their leadership skills
